Job Description Job Description STONE COUNTERTOP INSTALLER Rumford Stone Location: Bow, NH Work Type: In person, full-time Pay: $23 to $35 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 to 60 hours per week, overtime available Work: Year-round Provided: Company trucks, tools, and install equipment Quick highlights: Steady, year-round installation work with consistent hours and overtime opportunity Install premium materials, quartz, granite, marble, and other solid surfaces Company trucks, tools, and stone handling equipment provided Work with an organized schedule and experienced crews High-end residential and commercial projects you will be proud to install ABOUT THE ROLE Rumford Stone is one of New England’s most trusted names in custom countertop fabrication. We are hiring a skilled Stone Countertop Installer based out of Bow, NH. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean work, safe handling, and professional job site conduct. You will install quartz, granite, marble, and other premium surfaces in homes and businesses across the region. The work is steady and year-round, and you will have the trucks, tools, and equipment needed to do the job right. WHAT YOU WILL DO Install stone and quartz countertops at residential and commercial job sites Safely load, transport, and handle tops using proper stone handling equipment Set, level, and secure tops with attention to detail and finish quality Complete seam setting, caulking, and final adjustments for a clean, professional install Communicate clearly with homeowners, site contacts, and teammates during installs Troubleshoot minor field issues and keep the work moving without sacrificing quality WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL Countertop installation experience is preferred, related construction or cabinet install experience can translate well Comfort working with hand tools, levels, and measuring tools, lasers are a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, complete work Safety mindset and good judgment when handling heavy materials Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop in Bow, NH PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and move heavy materials with a team using carts and stone handling gear Comfort bending, kneeling, standing, and working with tools for most of the shift COMPENSATION $23 to $35 per hour depending on experience 40 to 60 hours per week, overtime available Full-time, year-round work Company trucks, tools, and install equipment provided Ready for a steady install role with a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork?
