Job Description Job Description Description Job Summary: Alliance Group is seeking a HVAC Installer to join our West Lebanon, NH branch to join our growing Install team. The HVAC Installer is a field-based position that will be responsible for installations of HVAC systems but not limited to, ducted systems, ductless-split systems, rooftop units and refrigeration equipment. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform installation of HVAC related equipment per manufacturer specification and company policy Perform installation of linesets, and techniques of brazing, soldering and purging Determine and receive the appropriate materials/equipment requirements for each job Utilize HVAC knowledge for relevant projects and write ups for repair recommendations on jobsites Ensure the connection of gas lines is completed properly and up to code standards Perform heavy lifting as needed and adhere to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget Maintain a clean and organized work environment Accurately read blueprints and other technical drawings Assist in Factory start up and owner trainings Essential Qualifications and Competencies Valid driver’s license required 3-5 years experience in HVAC installation Gas License preferred (or willing to obtain) EPA license preferred (or willing to obtain) Rigging certification preferred OSHA 10 preferred Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings Knowledge of Build-Ops platform desired Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work efficiently High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity Must possess proactive, positive problem-solving skills Must be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team play Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Must maintain a company vehicle Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis U.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license. A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required. A pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.
