Job Description Job Description Job Title: Commercial Electrician Job Description We are seeking experienced electricians with a minimum of 5 years in commercial settings, ideally at a mechanic level. Our projects include commercial ventures such as retail stores, residential complexes, and more. Responsibilities Make electrical connections and pull wires. Install boxes for receptacles and lighting systems. Work efficiently with MC and Romex wiring. Perform conduit bending and read blueprints. Troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues. Essential Skills 5 years of commercial electrical experience. Proficiency in construction, conduit work, troubleshooting, and wiring. Ability to read blueprints and perform conduit bending. Experience with commercial construction tools and techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Possession of a license is preferred but not mandatory. A good driving record is necessary as company vehicles may be provided. Capability to support base work as needed. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is safety-focused, requiring PPE including hard hats, steel-toed/composite boots, gloves, safety vests, and safety glasses. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
