Job Description Job Description Description Job Summary: Alliance Group is seeking a full-time Install Apprentice in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing Install/Construction team – We will train the right person This individual will be responsible for assisting in the performance of plumbing repairs, including piping repairs, hot water heater replacements, toilets, faucets, and backflows and learning how to safety and efficiently perform commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform functions necessary to assist with the installation of new HVAC systems and refrigerant piping Keep open communication with experienced technicians/foreman and Construction Project Manager Maintain appropriate documentation and records Work in safe conditions while using the required PPE Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Determine the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job Essential Qualifications and Competencies At least 6 months of General Construction Experience preferred Must be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team player Must be able to follow directions Knowledge of Build-Ops platform desired Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work efficiently High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity Must possess proactive, positive problem-solving skills Must be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team play Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis U.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license. A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required. A pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.
