Job Description:
Duties: Lead a team of product owners and product managers who
will lead proactive product management initiatives across key functional
areas; assess performance of the order management toolset; identify key
areas to improve usability, agent efficiency and first contact
resolution; drive improvement efforts across the Order Management team;
drive internal user experience improvements and cost savings by
identifying ongoing opportunities to increase efficiency, improving the
usability of existing tools, and evaluating new functionality/capabilities to
fill identified gaps; work with key stakeholders and other internal
teams to identify key business needs; work with cross functional groups
to prioritize competing interests and direct project plans for
critical process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Master's degree in Engineering, Information
System Management, Business Administration or related field (willing to
accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years’ experience
leading operational efficiency improvement projects or, alternatively,
a Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience as noted
above. One year of experience must include: building and leading large
teams of analysts and engineers, including technical and/or product
managers; ;leading teams in performing requirements analysis,
including interfacing with end users and translating requirements into
design, testing, and implementation plans; leading teams in performing
software product development, and customizing or integrating third-party
software using Agile methodology; planning system development and
implementation, factoring engineering capacity and business impact; performing
data analysis on diverse data sets derived from system usage
logs, implementation or operational logs, error logs and third party
data sets to obtain actionable insights on improving operational
efficiency and system performance; conducting requirement analysis, market
research, design, testing, piloting, and implementing software solutions;
driving user adoption and gathering feedback for continuous
improvement; utilizing Structured Query Language (SQL) or other data
extraction, analysis and integration mechanisms; and performing data
