Job Description:
The SRO Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the
operational and administrative functions of the Strategic Resource
Office (SRO) and ERP teams. This position is responsible for
facilitating executive and departmental meetings, maintaining
critical documentation, and driving post-meeting action items to
completion. The Coordinator ensures efficient onboarding for new
hires, maintains real-time updates to team hubs and organizational
charts, and manages reporting for key financial and operational
processes. This role serves as a central point of contact for
various cross-functional initiatives, including payroll changes,
merit review documentation, and Clean Integration activities.
Additionally, the Coordinator provides high-level support to ERP
initiatives by managing project plans, SharePoint lists, and
process improvements such as vacation tracking. Strong proficiency
in Microsoft Office 365 is essential, as is the ability to manage
multiple priorities while engaging effectively with stakeholders at
all levels. Responsibilities: - Facilitates several executive,
departmental, and team specific meetings - Provides post meeting
minutes and owns follow-up actions and adherence - Ensures the
onboarding process for SRO new hires runs efficiently - Maintains
the SRO & ERP Site Hubs updated to reflect real time statuses -
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for
reconciliations, P-Cards, purchase registers, etc. - Updates the
SRO organizational chart - Handles payroll changes processes -
Assists in the annual merit review process by centralizing all
documentation - Coordinates and assists with Clean Integration
tasks - Aids all SRO management with Microsoft Office 365 expertise
- Supports ERP by: - Updating project plans - Updating SharePoint
lists - Reviewing status reports - Cleaning up and maintaining the
SharePoint Drive - Creating a new vacation tracking process
Qualifications Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - 5
years’ experience working within a PMO organization. Experience in
IT or technology organization a plus. - Understanding of agile and
waterfall methodologies and knowledge of how to apply the right
methodology for the type of work. - Intermediate to advanced
experience of Microsoft Office 365 Suite. - Results driven and
strong focus on operational excellence. - Ability to manage
multiple tasks, deadlines, and mini projects effectively. - Must
possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and
collaboration skills with demonstrated experience tailoring
messaging for audience. - Displays confidence in executive level
presentations. - Self-motivated and able to multi-task and
prioritize independently. - This is a hybrid position – must be
