This role manages and leads the teams who implement and support critical business applications, including required data integrations and security requirements. You will work with third-party vendors and partners to design, deploy, and support applications necessary to meet the organizational initiatives. You will spearhead the organization's centralized business intelligence and data analytic efforts to deliver relevant reporting and analysis to meet the evolving needs of a financial organization.Main Responsibilities

• Management and Support of Enterprise Applications, Systems & Platforms
• Development and Management of Centralized Business Intelligence and Data Analytic Initiatives
• Implementation of business reporting and data analytics
• Team ManagementQualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise application platforms, enterprise database implementations, and application integrations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; experience working with C-level executives, engineers, sales representatives, and third-party vendors.
  • Experience with core banking applications is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Additional InformationThis is a hybrid position in Burlington, VT. You will need to be in the office 3-4 days a week. Occasional travel is required.
