Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage all accounting activities, ensuring compliance
with GAAP and relevant regulations
Develop and maintain internal controls, and oversee cash management
and bank reconciliations
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing accounting team while
partnering with various departments to align policies and mitigate
financial risks
Required Qualifications
CPA and/or MBA preferred
12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience,
preferably in the SaaS or software industry
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Proven ability to summarize analysis for executive
presentations
Comfortable working in a dynamic organization with high
expectations
