This 100-person, tech and development-focused CPA firm in Boston and on the South Shore, MA is recruiting for a Tax and Audit Supervisor.They offer 4 promotion cycles, based on merit, every year. You'll also have access to their award-winning development and leadership programme, tailored to the path you choose.This firm is all about honesty. They will be very transparent that you will have to work hard during busy season so during the peak weeks, you may work up to 55-65 hours, but typically it is closer to 50-55 Feb through April. They know that this is hard, so they make sure that you are generously rewarded, via bonuses, an all-encompassing benefits package, competitive salary, and PTO allowance, and a week long firm closures so you can switch off around the holidays.You will have the opportunity to work with clients from several industries or choose to specialize in Real estate or Biotech.
