Tax Manager -Our client is a start-up real estate investment sponsor focused on multifamily assets. They have acquired properties in six states, totaling over 3,700 units and $700M in asset value. Their investment management platform is a trusted and reliable source of investment opportunities for their capital partners. The company's mission is to cultivate residential communities where residents are proud to call their apartments their homes. -They are looking for a Tax Manager who is responsible for managing and facilitating the accurate preparation and filing of the company's state and federal tax forms. This role will also ensure compliance with state and federal tax law through a series of systems and system controls that are designed to ensure accurate, timely reporting. -What's In It For You:- $125k/year + bonus- Flexible Work from Home Schedule- Paid Health, Dental, Vision Insurance- Strong job security- Very supportive and empowering management- A company that values work-life balance -Tax Manager Responsibilities:- Facilitates and manages the preparation and review -of -company federal tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.- Develops and implements strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes- Manages members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's US federal income tax return and other tax documents- Develops and implements strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes- Manages and mentor members of -the -tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement -Tax Manager Qualifications:- Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge- Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations.- Experienced -with U.S. federal, state, and local reporting requirements- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills -There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
