Job description/skills:

The contractors should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, good written and verbal communication skills, and are able to work in a high-pace environment. Candidates must be able to take ownership of assignment so that constant monitoring is not required, work well within a team environment, be dependable and have a professional demeanor. Experience with using various databases is preferred. There is also a strong preference for candidates with a college degree, or at least some college experience and at least 2 year's work experience. The contractor?s responsibility would include data entry to open accounts, conducting the necessary due diligence to verifying organizations? charitable exemption status in accordance with IRS rules, reaching out to organizations, internal partner or donors when necessary, learning and using the bank and vendor systems, answering a toll free line, responding to client and internal partner inquires via phone and email, data entry, assisting with letter creation and mailing, filing, imaging, and other tasks as necessary.
